Just an update to the tires on the 2016, I have a 2016 2/SS and have 18550 miles on the tires and will need a new set of tires in a few months.

Also anyone have any idea on the mile life expectancy on the tire? 12,000?

!5 to 20,000 is all you can expect. They wear quick.

No doubt! My tread is no bueno! Another issue I have found is if the temp drops below 65 and the pavement is cold (dry or wet), when I take off the back end fish tails all over the dang place. I'm looking to find another tire but don't know what I should put on it for better traction and performance. Any suggestions?

I’m at 15k plus with my tires . You think it’s time for a new set?
What’s the best tire for the buck?

These seem to be a much lower cost option with great reviews.

Tire Rack shows fronts not available till 3/30/18 and Firestone website says not available for your car. They look like a great tire for the money!

They definitely fit on the 6gen ss and the rears are available currently on Tire Rack. Here is a review saying they are a bit disappointing in the tuns but good/sticky for drag racing:

Aren't these the same as on the v6? I wonder why the wear is so bad, I am at 44k and have about a smidgen more wear before I get to the 3mm bar on the good year run flats that came with mine.
