Vibration During Acceleration
2018 SS 1LE is vibrating during acceleration. More noticeable in gears 3 and up. Also vibrates around 60-70mph in 6th when I let off the gas. Anyone have the same issues.

Auto or manual? Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel mostly, or the whole car? Any mods? No issues here.

What's the vibration frequency, where does it sound/feel like it's coming from, and is it consistent with the relation to speed. Does it vary with engine RPMs.
I just had a vibration issue at 60-70mph end up being the wrong wheel installed in front. |

Its in relation to the speed. Sounds like its coming from the rear. And I get vibration in the steering wheel, pedals, and ass. The vibration is not something out of this world but I do know its not suppose to be there. I'm gonna jack her up and check out the axle bolts. I take really good care of my car and don't beat the hell out of it. Also, lets say I'm in 3rd gear at maybe 2000rpm, if i floor it i get vibration while going up through the rev band. All gears feel like this, and is mostly felt in gears 2-4 because that's where I usually hit it.

Again, this sounds like it was a wheel/tire balance issue.
The first question is, have you gone to a good independent tire shop and had them road force balance all wheels from scratch? Don't trust a balance job from the dealer, I've learned. |

Agreed, start with the simple stuff first. With my last car, I quit having the dealer balance it because they never got it right. My guess was their machine needed maintenance. Had to take it to another shop.

Doesn't seem like a wheel or tire issue. It only happens at part throttle for me. No vibrations while just cruising.
