Me too, but glad dealer suggested nav. Didn't think I'd use it, and I don't because Waze via Android Auto is better. BUT nav puts the local speed limit on the dash and head up display, and that helps a whole lot to avoid excessive speeding. Going fast is too easy and too much fun in these cars and a constant visual of vehicle speed vs the speed limit is a great feature.

My car: 2016 M6 Black 2SS with NPP and black interior. No regrets here, bought it when the 2017s were arriving at the dealerships at a good price. Shipped it home and saved thousands of $. Wouldn’t buy the ZL1 even if I could afford it, want to stay away from FI while I can. Kalahari interior would’ve been the only thing I’d change but black is awesome too.

If I had to do it all over again, I would have waited for the 1LE to come out and just get that right away. Instead, I couldn’t wait and I got a 2016 2SS A8 with MRC and NPP. I just traded that 2SS for my 1LE and I legitimately could not be happier with the switch.

I too would have bought M6 instead of A8 and knowing the depreciation would have bought a base V6 or most likely 1SS. I am a M/T guy, thought I would try the automatic just this one time and get the A8 and it has torque converter issues. Mine's had the flush but I don't trust it long term and worried about problems down the road.

I won't ever buy another automatic car or truck ever.

I think I would order pretty much the same car as I currently have. I love the 3.6 Liter V6 with the NPP exhaust. I love the 6-speed manual transmission and I love the Bose stereo.

The one thing I would have really liked to get though would have been a nice leather interior. The lighted door Sills look pretty cool as well.

But overall I'm pretty much quite happy with my car one year in

Personally, I love my 16 Hyper Blue 2SS A8 and wouldn’t really change anything about it. However, when I bought the Red 17 1LT V6 for a daily commuter, I bought it with the M6. I don’t mind shifting and it’s a good manual trans, but if I were going to buy it again I’d have sprung for the auto trans.

Only things I still think about are M6 instead of A8, and I briefly toyed with the idea of a Corvette. Would have had to have been a little more used and with less bells and whistles so in the end I'm alright with the Camaro. I consider myself more of a Camaro person anyway. Would have been ZL1 if I was able to talk the dealership down a little more on a used one they had, but financially I'm happy with my decision "slightly" used Fifty edition, 2SS A8 MRC NPP. Although if an old man would have noticed a bright green 5th gen driving down the highway, I'd still be happily driving that.

I have the 2017 2SS Anniversary car with every option except MRC. With all of the problems I've had with the car I'm not sure I'd do it again. It's still crazy fun to drive but the constant issues are making with want something different.

Ditto. When I was ready to buy, the 2SS 1LE was a rumour that couldn't be confirmed and the 50 came along at a great deal, so I couldn't chance passing on the last chance for a 50 for a 2SS 1LE that wasn't a guarantee.

May be a trade on the horizon...

Glenn.

Speaking of waze, how do you do this? Lol I have a Samsung S8 and the car play thing says it doesn't recognise any viable devices. Sorry for the thread jack.
