I am probably going to get the Hooker exhaust. Can anyone chime in on how loud the Hooker axle back is compared to the Borla S-type, atak and stock NPP. It is kind of hard to compare them just by watching YouTube videos with all the variances in how they are recorded.

It's pricey, but the Chevrolet Performance exhaust sounds great and actually comes with a re-tune for the noise cancellation in the car. If you are looking for drone free, you are not going to do better than that.

That was my understanding as well. They certainly look nearly identical. GM uses CAI to make their intake. How are you so sure they do not out source the exhaust to Borla?

I know the ford racing exhaust for mustangs are done by Borla. As for the Camaro I was thinking it may be done by Borla also. It would probably be something Borla answer.

Hello all, just chiming in. While we do manufacture exhaust systems for both Ford and GM. The systems are tuned according to their engineers specifications. The systems are not just a rebranded Borla exhaust. Thank you!

The Hookers axle back came in today, the only problem is Holley sent the a quad tip NPP version. The NPP version cost twice as much so I’m sure they will want it back.
