Thinking about going 19"

Have a 2SS. Cant decide to go with 1LE sizes, or to go to a 19" wheel setup.

I'm thinking I'll get better performance and maybe a little better ride with a taller sidewall?

Am I missing something where I'm be giving up something going 19?

What wheel and tire sizes would be best for this swap?

Most of my driving is highway, but I will be taking the occasional blast down a dragstrip...

Has anyone done a staggered setup like on the corvettes?
245/35R19 = 25.8x9.6R19
285/30R20 = 26.7x11.2R20

Any help would be appreciated.

19's

MRC stock ride height. I run a 19x9 front with a 275/40/19 mpss & a 19x10 rear with a 305/35/19 nt05r it's not my daily but I've taken it a couple hundred miles across the state and back in good weather and I'm super happy with the look, ride, performance, etc.
