This. Never grow up! Although I'm not in my 70's yet, I am 64 and still want my muscle car. First one was back in the day, a '69 428 Cobra Jet Mustang. And I still want my rock and roll also.

This is my 4th Camaro and I am 41. Had a 85 5 speed with the H.O. engine as my first Camaro. It would have been a 84 berlinetta but that got T-boned before it got handed down to me. Then we were gifted a 89 Camaro that needed some TLC. Then I bought a 2010 V6 in orange which I was forced to get rid of. Finally got my 2016 this past summer. I plan to hold onto this one.

I know that this is anecdotal but I have a hypothesis about what Ford did with the Mustang and what Chevy did with the Camaro. The Mustang is more aimed at baby boomers which is why it is a soft cruiser even with the GT pp where as the Camaro has more targeted generation X and Y which is more of an investment in future buyers. Which seeing so many 20 and 30 year olds in here would be consistent with this and the older ones are just as sharp as they were when they were in their 20s still.

The Downside of this is many baby boomers are in that range where they have purchased their last vehicle and this will in the long term hurt the Mustang and benefit the Camaro.

Holy moly. Mid 350’s?? For $350 I pay for my insurance (2017 V6 RS) my fiancées insurance and her 2017 Chevy Cruze. Craziness.

We’re both 32.
