I have received two responses from Mark in the last 2-4 days, one from last night. I know he is trying to get everyone taken care of from what his email said.

Should be able to see the writing on the wall folks..This is a bad seed...
this is a bad seed..Every excuse under the sun..Living on borrowed time,
or should I say, your borrowed money...We don't need vendors like this..
Time and time again, he hasn't delivered...Wake up and smell the exhaust...

By the way, his car is up for sale as well....Things just don't add up!!!!!

Hrmmm I think you are just tossing poo around! Mark has delivered in the past hes been apart of the camaro community for a long time. He doesnt benefit at all by doing what you claim he would lose everything he has worked for.

Tossing things around you have no proof of is pointless and is not needed in here especially for people that are on the fence about waiting things out or asking for refund.

You sir are not helping anyone and your statement is just toxic.

Totally agree with ya man. I believe mark will eventually deliver but the communication thing is what has everyone going back and forth. The hard part is some of us were invoiced via PayPal and others through the site so when you try to get an update from someone other thank mark that do t know anything and waiting a week for a really again is getting old to many probably. Most have been waiting since October November time frame and yeah shit happens but when it does communication is extremely important

Yeah I am right with there with you Brother even more so then most, I have 5 items im waiting on from oct 12-21st.. Hood Wheels Spoiler and even C7 stuff. Thats what I keep saying everyone is in the same position. As for not paying through paypal I cannot comment on I always pay paypal when its an options since they now protect you for 180 days!

Oh I paid with PayPal but mark invoiced me directly and at the time I didn’t have a PayPal account so I just paid with a card through the PayPal link he sent me so now if I do want a refund I have no clue how it will work lol

Maybe he is starting to reach out but I have over a dozen unanswered emails inclusive of those sent through Pay Pal that go back weeks. He promised a refund and haven't heard a word in 2 weeks. Maybe he is communicating selectively.

Couldn't agree more. Just came out of a similar situation where our business couldn't deliver. Two big diferences...we did not go home until everyone was informed every day, no matter how late. And "We Quit Taking Orders" for what we couldn't ship and walked from hundreds of thousands in business. Oh yeah, and we don't bill until we ship. Hope it all settles.

Yea I'm not sure what the hold up on the spoilers is. I tried to ask but didn't really get a clear answer. Im waiting on a CF version so it might be something with the clear-coat.

I know that everything is being done via 3rd Party (RK Sport) and that Mark often has to wait days at a time for some sort of explanation or ETA as to what's going on.

I'm still waiting on a renewal on my invoice otherwise I'll be forced to dispute my purchase before Feb 11th in order to make sure my money is still protected. Definately would rather not go that route, especially if the product is only a week or two out from delivery.

Finally heard from him. From the way I read his e-mail was having a hard time with the focused in box found in the new outlook. Said he was working on my refund with pay-pal but was having issues there as well. This is the first response since 1/24 but it is a response.....fingers crossed.

Got a response from Mark today. Was told he was having issues with Microsoft Outlook not showing almost half of the emails in his inbox, it was only showing emails that were flagged as important by the software.

I was also told that RK Sport is down some people but that he should have pics of the spoiler for me tomorrow.

He is also going to renew my invoice for me so that my money remains insured through Paypal. ^_^
