New wheels would be nice but for now spacers are more in my budget.

I'd like to add 25 mm Eibach or H&R spacers but I don't want to have to cut the studs.

I might replace the studs with longer studs instead of cutting the stock studs.

See above. The 25mm does not need trimming. 20mm needs the little centering nubs trimmed off the stud.

I went with longer studs as it gives me the option to run any spacer I want......and no, I have not installed them yet ;(

Do you have to use cement on the lugs to keep them from unscrewing? I wonder if pushing the wheels out is bad on the half shafts.

Studs do not need 'cement'. They are pressed in.

Tanks for the clarification on spacer thickness. I'm not sure I want to trim the ends of my studs.

How difficult is it to replace the studs like you want to do? Can the studs be knocked out through the back and new ones put in, or are there things like dust shields that have to be removed first?

Oh...I thought they bolted on to the original studs.

The front studs knock right out and can be installed back in, all within 10 minutes, Now the back ones require the spindle to have the top control arm, the upper and lower trailing bolts removed at the spindle, pull the spindle towards you so you can remove the 4 bolts holding the bearing hub, R/R studs from the hub, then reassemble and torque everything.

So get 25mm spacers and be done with it. This is the simplest solution. Why are you complicating things with longer studs? You saw my wheels. You saw the other dude's wheels (which are the same 5 spokes). You know the Eibach's require no other mods. Slap those puppies on and roll, bro. You're overthinking.

I have the 2 spoke wheels and was wondering if it's the same size? 25mm with no trimming?

Using 20mm on all four wheels on my '16SS. No issues and I'm happy with how it looks. I just am not a fan of the sunk into the wheel-well look.

You used 20mm with the stock 5 spoke wheels and didn't have to cut the studs?

25mm Eibach all around...updates. 3 of the 5 studs on one wheel broke. I have since removed all spacers. Enjoy!
