Cylinder 5 misfire help please

Hey guys other day stepped on the car put 45rpms a few time car shakes all times bad finally on interstate got a flashing engine code p0305. I just had cam and forged pistons installed as well as lt4 fuel system and flex fuel upgrade. Running dual meth setup and whipple with long tubes. Any ideas what might be causing the misfire it’s a constant one now just on cylinder 5. I was thinking wire plug or coil pack but am a little worried the new piston went. Would I throw more codes with the piston was damaged or lost compression?
Thanks for any help trying to troubleshoot this

First thing is to pull that plug and inspect it closely, best to use a magnifying light or similar. Take as detailed of a pick as possible and share here. Plugs are a window into what the engine is doing. Flashing indicates it was a steady occurring misfire, so something is causing it. Are you spraying 50/50 mix? When you reach a certain amount of water content power will drop as it is more water than can be burned. I prefer 100% Methanol from Alky Control as it supplements fuel on these GDI engines as well as cools the air charge better than 50/50 mix. You can place your hand on the blower when spraying and it will feel almost ice cold. What is your A/F ratio when under boost? Are you logging with HPTuners when this occurs? A damaged piston will not trigger CEL's in most cases but will be down in power and will be increased blow-by (pull off oil fill cap at idle, is there a pulse of pressure coming from opening?) What crankcase evacuation system are you running? Can you post pics of it and how it is routed?

Get this info and we can be of more assistance.

I’m running alky control straight meth. My wideband is pending install as well I have been monitoring the misfire on my aeroforce gauge. Very consistent misfire car shakes a lot when giving it gas honestly not sure where the other stuff is I’m not super tech with car

Looks like the wire on the bottom was fried ... guess I should think about coating the headers
