I don't think those are available? Looks like a light weight, possible forged wheel see something stamped on the lip. If it was concaved it would look nice though

They are available but I don't think many know about them. They are chrome and say CAMARO on the bottom.

The Chrome version is an accessory.
The black version is standard on the V6 1LE.

They're a forged 8.5x20F 9.5x20R wheel. Same size as the SS wheels, just forged which is why most people don't want to spend on them, as most people want to go wider for the money. They're around $2400+ a set I believe.

The SEMA ones are a wider wheel that aren't available. My guess is they're a 10/11. That's a 305 in the rear and the offsets look to be the same as 1LE wheels. I'd love to have those though. They're purrrrty.
