Looking at the article and the date it looks like it was pretty cool for the event. Please provide me the link showing +DA at this track for the day of testing.

You provide the link showing it wasn't. Track is at 1100ft and temps run in the 60s. I don't know the exact date they ran. You can look for it if you want. Article was written Dec 15. Regardless the GT has already been found slower twice. Why are we still talking about it here? Go back to the Mustang forums and talk about it

You can't find the DA on the day of test either can you? They are wearing short-sleeve shirts and I used to live in Chandler AZ. Temps were HIGHLY likely to be in the 60s and the Elevation is 1100 ft.

Regardless. The GT was officially tested and is slower than the 2SS. Just get over it already. The S550 is a complete failure. I'm sorry. But you probably knew that already since you still drive your S197 and not an S550 right?

Must suck that the Camaro is getting it's shit kicked in in the marketplace by such a miserable failure then.

Thanks! On that day it was 55.3 degrees average with a high of 65. Dew point was around 27 degrees. So according to my DA calculator yes that was positive DA.

Yeah if I ever want a Mustang I will just go to Hertz Car Sales and pick up one of 5000.

Hmmm Weather Underground history using lets say 10:00 am, as most likely the best pass was in the morning. We had T-55, H-36, and Pressure 30.26. Plugging this info into the following DA Calculator. Looks well negative to me but maybe I am wrong. Is Barometer and Pressure the same?

Yes, barometric pressure is usually just referred to as pressure or atmospheric pressure.

track elevation 1082 feet

696 ft ---- 8:51 am
981 ft ---- 9:51 am
1121 ft ---10:51 am
1274 ft ---11:51 am
1427 ft ---12:51 pm
1516 ft ---1:51 pm
1662 ft ---2:51 pm
1671 ft ---3:51 pm
1674 ft ---4:51 pm
1614 ft ---5:51 pm

I think 12.2 was pretty good considering no cool down and running with the AC on. Yes, they said they made passes with the AC on in the video

Ok so one of the first customer owned 2018 GT’s clicks off 11.97@119 in stock form. Negative DA with Drag mode

Was Evans car a ringer??? Ford prepped car?? The rundown

Evan..... Customer
1.88......1.86.. -.02
7.72......7.81.. +.09
95.2......93.5...-1.7 Mph
11.83....11.97.. +.14
119.5....119.0.. - .5

Mmmmmm better 60ft and look at that!! Evans run still went Quicker in the 1/8 Et and Mph....

Here is another customers car on a drag pack in negative DA.

Evan..... Customer
1.88...... 1.88....——
7.72...... 7.85... -.13
95.2...... 94.0... -1.2 Mph
11.83.... 11.97... + .14
119.5..... 119.5...———

Same 60ft,better Da,drag pack, same 1/4 Mph... but look!!! 1/8 mile et and Mph!!

Really interesting that both the customer that went 11.97 and Ecobeast from YouTube both ran in killer DA. Both used Drag Mode. And both trapped 93 in the 1/8. Both trapped 119.

Looks like off the lot cars aren’t the same as media prepped cars.
