Here's the link to KNS Brakes. They list Carbotech is numerous compounds for front and rear.

Thanks. For some reason, they have a different list for 2016 CTSV

‘16 CTSV & ‘17-‘18 ZL1 have identical brakes. The catalogs are totally messed up and I’ve been down this path. I initially received brake pads that had a backing plate that would work but didn’t sweep the entire rotor for the fronts. The backing plate for the front is the exact dimension of a carbon ceramic equipped Z06 or 5th gen Z/28. I had GLoc make the perfect set of race brake pads through JPSS and his expertise. Talk to Justice Pete and he will get them to you. He knows...tell him Stephen sent you and he will know.... I will get a pic of the Gloc boxes so you guys can see the part #s and compound.

Hey Stephen, that's for the details, look forward to the pics. Are you talking street pads or time attack / serious lapping pads.

Yes, just a pad swap will reduce dust.

yeah...those look right. It is 14 degrees and I don't feel like going into the frigid garage tonight. The 1405 is what was initially sent for the front which is wrong. Even though they say they are pre bedded, the pads seem to work better after a session or 2.

Where did you purchase your powerstop pads from?

If using on road-course track.... highly recommend Carbotech XP12-front/XP10-rear. (Have a friend using them on his Z06, I had them on my Gen5 Viper before I traded to the Zl1-1LE. In comparison to the stock brembo pads, well, there is none at all. Not even remotely similar. The Carbotechs will slightly cut into the rotors, but any comp pad will. The CTechs are not harmful to paint like Hawks might be). Once bed in you will wish you had a 6pt harness holding you away from the steering wheel... they are that good.
