I forgot about those

In Japan they do not use the light up plate frames much...they actually light up their whole license plate. Custom made the numbers and characters light up

What I plan on doing is leaving the white lights on and when i'm racing, if i win, instead of putting my blinkers on like a douche bag, I plan to put my under glows on strobe mode.
I am not sure about the rest of the country, but in Cali...ambers were all the rage when I was younger. Just through a switch, you could turn on your yellow/orange signal lights solid, no blinking. It sucked if you had an american car and wanted to do it because most american cars had only red blinkers...I remember guys looking for european replacements as those had amber lights as they were required by law over there at that time...

Old hot rods have neon/led lights underneath...and in their engine bays...interiors...

Motorcycles run them all over the place now too. If you want rice, you need some wild anime/pokemon graphics all over the car and be so low that you scoop up every piece of trash along the highway as you drive, ...and cannot get up and down your own driveway without scrapping so much that all the dogs in your neighborhood start barking...lol
