And you sound like a fanboy who wants us to cheer on the GT, lol!! In case you missed it, I have no respect for the 18 GT. It isn't impressive, it isn't doing anything that I think is worth talking about, and I am pretty sure it'll get whooped in a H2H.

Now I'm not wishing for anything. I made my comments early on. Has an official independent magazine tested the 18 GT and the 18 SS on the same day at the same track yet? No. So until then I stand by my comments on how I think it'll perform. And that is that it'll do mid 12s. And even if it runs faster it still won't impress me.

Actually, the S197 GT didn't "stomp" anything. It was faster...but by a small margin, enough that it was a driver's race. They were within 2 tenths of each other. And that was only in a straight line. The 6th Gen Camaro tho, now THAT was a stomping it put on the GT. That was nowhere even close to a driver's race. The SS straight up took the GT's lunch money and made it cry "uncle" for 3 MYs, lol!! And then it absolutely destroyed the GT in handling to where even the V6 1LE could whup up on the standard non-PP Coyote and at times hang with the PP Coyote. Then the SS 1LE murdered the non-R GT350 while putting the R on alert. The ZL1 then obliterated everything Ford has excluding the Ford GT which costs half a million dollars. And the ZL1 1LE...well your only hope for that is the GT500 which nobody knows when it'll actually show up. So no, the Mustang never stomped us. We stomped you guys and are still stomping on you.

Not surprised in that outcome.

haha, so they compared the hot ass A10 to the M6? And the Camaro hung? Yea, a win. Mustang fanboys are slicing their wrists right about now.

All the chatter over the past month saying the '18 was a 12.2 stock at 118.

Anyhow, they are still pretty close. Camaro wins just for the simple fact that the Mustang is BRAND new and the Camaro is on the 3rd year on the current platform.

The times are in my sig. I'll post slips after you produce something.

PS. Or.....Feel free to ask Merc (keeper of C5 & C6 fast lists). I've been with him at the track a couple of times.

Unless you think Merc is a liar too....

Exactly!
I asked about recent times in the car you currently own. When did you run those times in your sig and do you still own that car? I have a feeling the answers are "long time ago" and "no" respectively.

LOL, effing called it. Mid 12s by an independent 3rd party mag H2H. And look at that horrible skidpad for the GT, haha! That is 5th Gen Camaro SS level. What a joke the GT is now. And that was against the M6 SS. The A8 will straight up beat it. But I guess the only way to make it close was to pair the GT with the better trans to the SS with a manual. LOL. For the record, Edmunds tested the 16 Camaro SS to run a 3.9 0-60 and a 12.4 quarter mile at 115 mph in previous tests. What a joke. I think MT and C&D might be able to etch out a slightly quicker 1/4 mile on both. But the SS will still be quicker and do a 12.3-12.4 while the GT does a 12.4 (at absolute best) to 12.6. And the SS will have a better MPH as well.

Any comments Mustang troll-boys? Still think you can keep up with a ZL1 with those suspect-ass hero runs? LOL. Time for y'all to head on home with your tails between your legs.

Edmunds must have shitty drivers to get those times.
