Yeah i figured that would have to be. The big question is whether a rod punched a hole, or if a sudden fast leak (drain plug falling out) happened. Can you take a pic of the oil pan, from the passenger side?

Maybe a pic of the passenger side block too?

I don't see any coolant in the coolant reservoir. It should be completely full. Maybe it overheated from no coolant?

For everyone asking for the video of the fluids and under the hood
You sound pretty calm for a guy who just blew his motor.

Is the car brand new? I see you still have dealer promo plates on.

Not very calm feels like shit but at the end of the day it's only a car and can get it replaced everything is under warranty and is gonna be fixed soon enough just wanted get everyone's opinion and would like to know what happened before I take it back to the dealer because I know there gonna try and tell me it was a driver error and there not gonna wanna cover it when I know there the ones that messed up at the end of the day

Oh and yeah the car is brand new got it a couple months ago

Yikes! sorry that happened. Could be a variety of issues that caused this, but I change my own oil for a reason. At least I would be able to rule out poor/improper dealer service.

Sounds to me like you launched a rod through the block or maybe hit something in the road that cracked the pan causing you to lose all oil.

I can't see any dealer saying diver error without having definitive proof

Supposed to rev limit at 4000 rpm in park and idle and at redline.

I'd get it to the dealer asap, you can talk about these things and the possible hassles you may incur in the mean time but the longer you wait the more suspicious they're going to be. I don't think you have anything to worry about otherwise. You have record that they did your last oil change and if the motor instantly siezed / incurred internal damage and you don't have any mods then they cannot blame you in any regard. They have to have proof that you destroyed the motor and right now there is no evidence, it was purely a mechanical failure..but definitely don't wait around.
