Another personal best
I know there has been a bunch of these posts from me lately. I promise this is the last one this year.
I think a converter change, Intake, TB and a Rotofab (yes it still has the stock airbox) I'd make it into the 10's

What is your ethanol content? Did you ever try to run without DRs?
