I think its $70 for straight pipe, not downpipe. Just cut muffler/rsonator off and weld in straight pipes.

Not bad, little on the loud side for my liking. It might sound a little better with a resonator added in.

It doesn't void your warranty just don't expect them to cover your exhaust issues from cat to muffler if you do it.
