Thanks buddy... it has been a fun ride so far... and have no plans to up the boost... just wanna find more efficiency gains, and continue to test / improve my cooling systems...

In typical fashion... now thinking about changing out my 1-7/8" headers for 2", going catless for the DYNO, testing out a 112mm TB and the JLT for the next round of efficiency searching to see if we can hit 950rwhp in 15psi. Any other low hanging fruit to squeeze out some more efficiency from this set up?

According to Jannetty, my car will hit at or close to 1000whp at 15psi if we add the DI mods (dual in pump tank, Goliath HPFP, and 70 injectors) +tuning. Our builds are pretty close minus cam differences, and I'm running Maggy, 2" ARH, 103TB, JLT. I'm fundamentally not a fan of OEM blowers past 700whp due to inadequate heat management and restriction. Ported blowers can definitely make the power, but they can't hold the power. On the track, with the Maggy I've done 30 minute sessions without any drop-off in power. |

I believe I am collecting more data from my car than any other 1.7L car, so I can say with confidence the bricks are the final weak link. My original efforts to remove restriction, add volume and add efficiency to the supercharger cooling system all paid dividends, but we quickly made the bricks and the pump the weak link. Evidence by that even after removing all of the restrictions and getting back over 60% more flow... swapping the larger bricks still picked up another 12.5% in GPM coolant flow. We are now moving 800% more fluid nearly 90% faster... and I still think a faster flowing pump will help at WOT. Additional testing will tell the story on if the blower is now the weak link. I'd like to upgrade to a 2" header, (no cats) test a 112mm TB and a larger JLT intake to see if removing restrictions on either side of the blower will make additional gains while keeping all things equal. Time will tell! Cheers to going faster and staying cooler!
