That would be cool to see them get rid of this too. I think the vette tucks it in behind the rear view mirror, Camaro should too.

Yes it's inside the large assembly behind the rear view mirror right up against the glass.

I think the reason they can do that on the Corvette is because the angle of the window is so low that it is within the parameters of a clear line direct path to the satellites. XM and navigation require a clear line path from the antenna to the satellites. The Camaro's and most car windshields are probably too high of an angle for the antenna to have a clear, direct path. So they put them on the roof where there's no question a clear path.

That same thing goes for most exotic and high performance cars. They can hide the antenna in that location due to the low and long windshield angle.

Ha! While I appreciate the sentiment, in fact the opposite will happen. The more electronics you add into the front bumper, especially expensive things like radar sensors, the higher the repair costs for fender benders (as well as more serious collisions), so actually the insurance costs go up.

Exactly, and that is my problem with these automated braking systems as well. I will always choose to drive around or out of a situation than brake INTO a situation. Most people ride too close to others, and in the winter in particular I always leave myself a big enough gap to the car in front of me to allow myself to either pull forward to give the toolshed with worn tires more room when he/she overestimates the traction on ice (can't tell you how many rear endings I've avoided closing that gap, or pulling around vehicle in front of me while moron stops into curb where I just was), or move into a different lane, shoulder, etc.

So my list of things I'd like to see:

1. Adjustable lumbar in ZL1 recaros, or at least put some there to begin with.
2. If you are going to keep the wireless charging, first, make it so that it works with current gen phones, and second, maybe make it a slot, so that it can a)actually be in the front of the car, and b) serve as a holder for the phone since places to put one now are pretty slim.
3. Incorporate proximity key sensors in door that function like my Porsche and Audi, touch outside to lock, feedback is same as key fob setting, reach into door handle unlocks, same feedback.
4. M7
5. LED headlights

Well, the Camaro was a hatchback for 20 years (1983-2002).

Power folding mirrors. Heck, I'd take mirrors that fold manually.

Mirrors which pivot out of the way if they hit something are nice.
