Yeah, I would just disconnect the battery for 15 min to clear the code.

Anyone have a link to the specific to the Bluetooth obd2 reader that they have used that works for clearing codes with the torque app? Sounds like something worth investing in, but as with any of that cheap stuff on ebay it's always tough to know which ones really work and which ones are garbage unless you know someone that's successfully used one.

The one I got four years ago is no longer listed. I would just go by some of the reviews. Here's a few I found. Not endorsing them, just listing. The first one looks just like the one I have.

Anyone use one of these with an iphone? The Torque app looks like it's only for Android. Looks like there an app called OBD fusion, but I just want to confirm with someone that has one of the blue tooth OBDII tools and an iphone that it actually works for clearing codes before investing.

So some water got in the department bay under the trunk by the fuse box ect, i got the water out imediatly and it appears no fuse was blown but the check engine light came on, everything works fine as intended but am debating whether i should just disconnect the battery and clear it or take it to the dealer. Any suggestions??
