Hey Becky my car arrived at the dealer Tuesday unfortunately CVO the company installing my accessories is out of stock on the body kit and my salesman is still on vacation so the other salesmen could care less about finding any info out for me so i was wondering if you knew how long they might be on back order. Its a black body kit for a 2ss convertible dual exhaust

The Accessories are handled regionally...
by the ADI - Accessory Distribution Installer.

The Parts Manager at your dealer should know
the ETA of the parts to your region.

I would contact the management of the dealer..
IE: Sales Manager - to expedite the delivery.

just got off the phone with the manager apparently the salesman screwed up and ordered red hot body kit that matches the car instead of the black kit that i asked for so i can either pick up the car tomorrow as is then bring it back or wait til oct. 11 when CVO will have the right kit and can install along with the sema grille, tinted tail lights, illuminated bow tie ,red knee pads and trim kit. It's been 10weeks waiting already doubt i have the strength to wait 2 more weeks think i may have to pick up my baby

Does a dealer know if they have a ZL1 allocation for a particular cycle? If so what system/tool can they use to verify what cycle they have an allocation in place? Seems to be a mystery to most dealers.

The dealer would know if they have
allocation available for Phase 1..

but would not know - which - cycle/week - it would be in.
