Finally had a score work posting! Been a rough month and a half.

Been a rough 2 weeks for me.

Averaging 210 at the 17 week mark and the next 2 weeks dropped me to 206. Games in the 130s and 140s 2 weeks in a row.

Forgot to post scores from last week.

198 and 154.......Wow were the lanes a wreck that week. Everyone struggled.

Yesterday was better......245 finished with last 8 and then shot a 190 game as the right lane went away on me..........UGGGHHH.

Good news is my son is really starting to prove he can bowl. Now up to a 163 in both of his leagues. When he hits the pocket with his 13 lb ball he can put 10 in da pit with the best of them. He just needs to refine his single pin spares. His splits will kill him to. Seems to throw 1 or 2 a game as his strike ball will be slightly off and plow thru the nose.

Best compliment came yesterday as one of the other fathers told me he is very smooth thru his delivery. A chip off the ol block. Another couple years I will have to start entering some double tournaments with him.

I wish my son bowled with us. He bowls the league next to us. Kinda sucks.

My splits all come by throwing my ball out and fast and coming in light. 90% of my splits involve the 2 pin.

Wow what a night we had . No oil to be found as in all the low scores ! I finally went to my Last ball in the bag .. The lowest Performance ball I had - Hammer Rayzr ! It's for Dry lanes and I shot a 235 with it . lost all 7 points

@ TRC.....hang in there, you will have bad weeks, and GREAT weeks. Just keep practicing.

My son yesterday threw a 156 and 194. Only missed the headpin once in each game. If it was 9 pin no tap he would have shot in the 270+ area both games. Just needs to start picking up the single pin spares better. More practice. Which is why I say throw your spare ball first during practice time. Those are the important ones.
