When I was 12, Red Lobster had come out with a buffalo wings appetizer. My mom and I split an order.
The next morning we both had it coming out both ends. To this day, 16 years later, I gag if the smell of buffalo sauce is strong enough. Oh, and White Castle farts. It's a smell unique enough to force me out of my own bed. |

Good: the smell of fresh cut lumber when you walk into home depot.
Bad: the locker room at a hockey rink. The players sweat a lot and the cold freezes it and it builds up

During my teenaged years, I fondly recall inhaling the perfumed scent wafting from my pillow cases after a one night encounter with my newest little sweet thing. Oh, how I loved those girls deeply and intensely, yet all too fleetingly.

Onward and Upward.

So there I was on Thursday in a commuter jet. This guy sits down next to me and about half way through the flight in the middle of the beverage service, this guy says, "I gotta go to the bathroom!" Of course, the flight attendant was just past our row and the lavatory was beyond her, so he was stuck. She finally pulled the cart forward and he got up to head out back to the lav. That's when it hit me.... it was the most caustic, vile fart I've ever smelled. I was trying to just breathe through my mouth to avoid the smell, but then I was tasting it. It was like a combo of fish heads, curry, baby crap, cat pee, and burnt rubber. I almost started gagging. To add insult to injury, every person within three rows of us thought it was me because he was back in the lavatory. I just started pointing to the seat next to me. It had finally dissipated by the time he came back, but OMG It was vile!!!

Oh, so it's fart stories, eh?
A few years ago I was in an aisle at the supermarket when I was suddenly possessed by the need to heavily fart. I let it go as soundlessly as possible. Just then a woman with a pre-teenage son appears at my side. She is obviously disconcerted by the horrendous assault on her schnoz; she looks at me in my rather disguising grey headed innocence, and then she turns to her boy, clouts him on his ear, and tells him how ashamed she is of him to do such a thing in the presence of a "gentleman" such as myself. The kid eyed me accusingly, but he kept silent. He apparently knew he couldn't win one here with the odds stacked against him. I almost revealed the truth, but then I remembered that the injustices of youth make one a better person if allowed to fester for a few decades... |
