On the rest, LT4 HPFP & injectors just aren’t great for running much E honestly. That’s why port injection has taken off with newer products like the TooHighPSI setup. That didn’t exist when I bought my LPE/+52% setup or I would have done it much sooner.

King tunes his own ride (and others).
I was strongly considering port but it seems upgrading the DI system is more beneficial just super expensive unless you're hitting quad digits where you need both PI and upgraded DI. I plan on staying in the area of 700whp so I think PI would be overkill.

I wouldn't call it overkill just from the cost effectiveness and the room to go higher if you ever desire too. Now my having meth is overkill but I did that before the port was available.

Laynlo was able to run full E76(what came out of the pump) with Port Injection, stock low side pump, and JMS... he was right at the 700whp mark as I posted in the link. I have seen the LT4 lowside pump and JMS go 760-780whp on E60. Above that you will need a Aux setup or dual tank pump solution.

The LT4 high side is limited to around 620whp on E60 with the stock LT1 cam. Your larger fuel lobe should bump that up 80-100whp. So 700-720whp on E60 for the LT4 system high to low with JMS should be achievable. You might get away with a little more E. Don't know until you start logging. Jeanetty has done plenty of builds like this. Look up the street brawler package.

I would Stop worrying about E70-80 and just blend the shit to 50-60%. It's all any build needs until you start pushing over 1000whp then we can start to make a case for needing more E. It's not hard to blend...the flex sensor tune will make the adjustments if you miss the target. Lets say you accidently get 55% instead of 60. The main thing is to not go over 60% if that is the upper limit of what the fuel system will support.

Okay thanks thats alot of good info. I guess its really been a convenience thing since I daily drive mine not wanting to mix fuels but it looks like ill save thousands just going with the LT4 fuel system and stick to E50-60.

I get it...I was the same way back in 2017-2018 before I went Forced Induction. I thought mixing was going to be a big inconvenience but it's not. And FYI, you can just put 93 in it when you daily drive it, then throw some E in it when you want to go out and play.

Yeah I’ve been kinda scared to run 93 on boost with stock pistons but I’ll only be running at max 9 pounds but shooting to keep it around 7.
