Well done and congrats for having to convince to tackle this at home!
Make sure you bleed the HX system really well! I personally like to bypass the relay with the car in a trickle charger, it’s surprising how long it can take to get all the bubbles out. The 2 gallon fender tank comes with a bleeder valve that helps also. Be sure to cover the entire engine compartment with towels so when your funnel burbs you don’t have to spent 30 min cleaning up the sticky mess 🤣

Which upgraded HX do you recommend? Does GM make one, or are you referring to an Aftermarket unit?

Nice build and good thread, other members thinking about dong the conversion learn from posts like this. I did the heat exchanger upgrade and first dyno pull to much heat at 821/784. Tuner backed it off to 750 /749 till I either run higher octane/E30. I have a F1 interchiller on the way and a larger 2 gallon tank. I will let you no how high I can go with after I get it installed and see what E30 does for me

So I will have a new/barely used large heat exchanger & stock tank available in the not to distant future. End of June.

Very nice build! congrats

Curious question - what is that hose coming down next to the supercharger belt and TB? Are you going to re-route that line?
