Update
Just got the car back about an hour ago, drove it home. Feels faster. A lot louder then I expected. Will take some getting used to. Flex fuel sensor seems to be good. Got the app installed. Says its running e50 at the moment. Tuner had it at 50% as well. So its matching up. Did not get a print out of dyno but I have a pic. Attaching. blue should be baseline. I have to agree... Even with my limited experience in modding domestic cars, I do have quite a bit of experience modding Euro cars. Brands that specialize in a specific car seem to perform and fit best. CSP is on my radar for headers. I now need to figure out if the fit with some type of cats to link to my AWE Touring catback exhaust. In a perfect world, I'd find headers that line up to my factory cats, and these seem to be working great with my exhaust. I don't want to run catless.

We've done the TSP headers a ton on these cars. Great bang for your buck. The 1 7/8" never have fitment issues and are a great choice. We do the 2" on the LT4 cars mainly but they do have a couple minor issues. They still install easy enough but on turns you can get some rubbing on the steering shaft. A dimple by the steering shaft is key and another one by the frame on the same header. On the passenger side (this goes for all headers) tie up the wiring harness as far away from the header as you can. We usually wrap it in heat shield tap and zip tie it up. We've noticed when guys take their Camaros to the track for road racing these wires can and will melt if they aren't secured properly. Gm even had a recall on a few cars over this. |

Drove the car for a bit longer. Looks like i got some minor rubbing when I make wide right turns. Does not always happens but still happens. Have not noticed any issues with left turn.

Find the pot that’s rubbing and have it dimpled in a bit. I’m sure it only need a bit more room.

Update
Took it to the performance shop that did it. A bolt was rubbing when steering wheel turned under momentum. Fixed it within a couple of minutes. No more rubbing. Steering wheel is not feeling as stiff as it used to when driving. Could something have been touched to make this happen. It could all be in my head as well as its not a big change. Just feels like steering is always in touring mode. |

Car feels like Touring when in Track mode?
That is easy diff to notice and should not be your imagination, I can always tell when Im in Track, which feels much more firm. May be something wrong. |

I will have to give it a try. It was in sports mode. It still feels stiff at times, is it adaptive?
