On the other hand, forum search engines are typically subpar, things aren't easy for a noob to find, and interacting with people instead of telling them to eff off and search the forums/read the manual isn't really gratifying on either end. Heck, a little more empathy in our everyday conversations wouldn't be a bad thing in general (preaching to myself as well).
