I’ve considered getting different tires but I don’t want to sacrifice its handling for my straight line acceleration. I hope that with some different components in the back end, it’ll help it to grip more on the stock SC3’s. I might consider getting NT01’s or R888’s.

$10k can add alot of fun. If I had a reputable local shop I would have considered staying N/A and adding a cam, P&P heads, MSD intake, fuel system and shoot for near 600rwhp on E85.

I went the Procharger route and am happy, had I know a bunch of the internal ducting inside of the nose was going to be taken out I would have went another route.

How long have you had the Procharger? Any issues?

One year FBO.
One year supercharger, Pray cam and Pray ported heads, no issues, except I’m on the third set of rear tires!
This year big pump, big injectors, small pulley and E85

If I had 10k to spend on my car, I'd probably trade it in for a ZL1.

I was close to going this route, you don't need sleeves and there are kits at a reasonable price. Or is 412 with no sleeves.. forget now. The problem I ran into is nobody that I knew, knew anything about the welded in thrust washer and how to get it to work with stoker cranks. TSP for instance says block "must be modified".... I did not want to be the first to see what that meant. AFAIK, it means two ears have to be ground in the block to hold the ear of the trust washer... I think a 416 with short LSA of 110 to 112 would be a torque monster and is what the M6 needs in the middle of second OR a set of 4.10 gears... just saying.

Stone stock Zl1 is about 530 SAE RWHP dynojet.

DIY (no labor cost)
FI
P1x, stage II intercooler, race BOV, 3.75 about 10 PSI pulley $7000
Headers $700
Tune $400
Used or cheap LT4 fuel system and voltage booster $1900

There are dynos on this combo already, I'll just toss out (from memory) 625 SAE RWHP dynojet So more power vs the ZL1 stock, don't know if it is faster or quicker, there are traction issues not addressed for sure.

NA
Big cam and kit: $1200
Pray heads $2000
converter $1100
rod bolts $110
Gaskets etc $400
Tune $300
95mm TB and ported MSD $1300
headers $700
drag pack $3000
Axle and Drive shaft $2000 ZL1 version Chevy Performance

570 RWHP SAE dynojet, heck of fast in the 1/4 mile, yep over $10g but at this performance level not much over 10g and this will be WAY WAY WAY faster than the above FI or the stock ZL1

Labor cost, IMO would sway most people into the FI camp.
