It's really hard to judge when LPE rates the gen 2 compatible with 7.85mm fuel lobe and the rest of the industry rates the fuel lobe in percentage.
that might be the whole issue. if you compare a gen 1 pump and limit it to a stock fuel pump lobe vs a lt4 pump with a 32% lobe the lt4 pump wins out and cost $700 less if you figure the fuel pump lobe option cost nothing.

or maybe that's not it and they did a gen 2 with a lobe and didn't see the expected results... who knows. port inject it and be done.

So mine is a 35% fuel lobe, shizzys is a 38% fuel lobe and then there are 32%. Someone explain to me the advantage of a 35 or 38% over the 32%. Obviously this is my first experience with the fuel lobes and the lt4 hpfp which I have now. I had the gen 1 Lingenfelter big bore pump on the stock cam and didn't have to worry about this shit.

pretty sure the different % is just a % of stroke over the stock lt1 stroke. at first I think they were little cautious about pushing the stroke too much over stock. seems no one is having issues so they are now going even higher.

I should be in the 8's as long as I can get any bugs worked out with no set backs. just finished building the motor, already have a built TH400, weapon x port injection system, big single turbo 88/96mm. Other than the back seats out i'll be full weight. probably weigh more seeing as how i'll be adding a cage.

Another turbo car, good to see a few running turbos, nothing like a spooling big turbo launch. Good luck

You will never make a drag strip pass with a stock chassis. NHRA rule book will tell you what certified chassis to build to run the e.t. & speed for your car. Also some of your parts will need to be SFI rated.

I just read your build thread, no mention of a turbo. Have you started the fab work? Any pics?

In the very last post I talked about how I changed the build from my original plan of an F1A-94 procharger to a big single turbo. The motor and trans will be going in soon (probably this weekend) then I have to take it to have the custom turbo manifolds and crossover pipe made. If you want to follow all the build progress you can go back and see everything I have done on my youtube channel.

Also if you want to find out some info on the BMR motor mounts I talk about them and weigh them vs. the stock motor mounts ect. in the video

They are lighter, I don't remember the exact amount when I switched over but seems like 8-10 lighter total.
