The same thing happened again as the first time I brought the car in. One of the magnets came loose and shredded everything up. They had to replace the reverse synchronizes again along with 5 and 6. How could that happen twice in a row? I'm finally getting the car later today.

The description for the first transmission issue I typed pretty much matches the second issue. They fixed/replaced the same parts again. They flushed out all the old fluid and changed the filter, which they did last time.

I hope this issue is finally fixed, because I've had hard shifts into reverse since I got the car. They said the clutch was fine, so I do not think it is operator error. But if they did the same repair as the first time, I can't say I'm that confident about this. We shall see. A lemon law lawyer has already taken my case and thinks not only can I get a buyback but also a civil penalty. The process will probably take months.

Also found out the previous owner took the car in 5 times for problems before finally trading it in. Since the car has about 7 cumulative weeks overnight since I've purchased it, I don't even want it anymore. Especially finding out that the previous owner had to take the car in 5 fu**ing times. He had transmission and electrical issues. Also complained about all kind of unusual sounds which I have not heard, thankfully. But they should have put some more work into this car before certifying it pre-owned so I wouldn't have to deal with all this BULLSHIT.

Also, I had to drive 30 miles to the dealer yesterday to prove to them the left speaker was blown, AGAIN. I already sat in the car with a tech to validate the issue weeks ago and they said they'd replace it. I thought it was handled and being taken car of. But those bastards still wouldn't fix it yesterday till they could reproduce the issue. So annoying to have to drive up there to show them the issue a second time when it should have been handled.
