Based on what? Or are you going to keep posting things and deleting them when i respond?
If that is what your installer has told you then get it in writing, because what you posted before is flat out not true, the magnuson warranty makes it very clear that the onus is on you to try to prove that their calibration or hardware failing caused the issue, pretty easy for them to argue that your engine was in an unknown state before their install. Based on what others have said about getting warranty support on S/C installs I would just assume that its basically worthless as it gives them a lot of wiggle room. The magnuson wording actually makes it clear that if you had an underlying engine problem then their warranty won't cover you, and the S/C install already voids your GM warranty so you would be out of luck either way.
