More than likely there are more parts inside that open and close that door ( prob. broken) check with dealer as i did for repair that may not last.

There are a couple of posts regarding the sliding panels. This is the most recent:

Yep you are right. Looked more closer and found the other one is still inside. Ok I will take it to some Chevrolet service.
