2.0 turbo Owners Beware

Just be on alert that after 40,000 miles are driven oil is getting soaked onto the down shaft tube lower left hand side which is rubber and causing the tube to collapse on itself under hard acceleration causing the motor to stumble and possibly foiled the number 4 spark plug or worse hurt the number 4 piston.

I'm not a mechanic , only getting my information from what other people are telling me from what there friends are experiencing , from what they told me sounds like the air inlet tube that leads to the turbo that is collapsing under hard acceleration, there solution was to replace it with a stainless steel tubing.

Probably for the best there's a lot of misinformation on the 2.0Ts. I can only theorize as to the actual meaning the OP intended there are cases of cold side charge pipes going bad because chevy used shit rubber that degrades overtime to oil exposure. But those cars were poorly tuned by a company out west. I've never seen much build-up before or after catch cans in the inlet tube that could be considered pooling.

I replace my down shaft tube every oil change because racecar, I normally keep a few down shaft tubes in the trunk because not all autoparts stores will have them in stock and I want to make sure when i'm at car shows with my hood up people arn't making fun of me because of my dirty down shaft tube.
