I have a 2018 RS V6 and my current mods for the vehicle are:
1. K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake
2. 80mm throttle body from Overkill (which can be enlarged to 84mm by Soler Performance and tuned by Overkill. Here's the discussion on this topic:

3. Ported Intake Manifold from Overkill
4. Overkill Tune
5. Borla ATAK axleback (quad-tipped non-NPP)
I don't regret installing any of these mods as I feel they gave the car a deeper tone at idle, much more aggressive growl at 3k+ RPM, better throttle response and a bit more pull at 4-5k rpm. And your engine will stop transferring power from V6 to V4 with the tune.
