I think the interiors have made a lot of progress, especially by American car standards. The front fascias of the cars need a lot of work. I understand there's a push for a "corporate" face, but I'm saddened to see that the Camaro ended up with the same "angry stingray" kind of face that all other Chevy cars have now and that the Mustang has the same "gulping catfish / Aston Martin rip-off" face that all Fords have. The 5th gen Camaro and Mustang had unique faces that looked like nothing else in their lineup.

Meanwhile, the Corvette continues to get special treatment and is exempt from the "corporate" face. Then again, it's always been in its own special hermitically sealed category, not even donning a bowtie.

Here's to hoping the MY2019 Camaro and MY2019 Malibu begin a departure from the "corporate" face. They're both coincidentally in sync in terms of their initial model year and their refresh cycle, so it would be a good apples-to-apples comparison to see what directions they take. If they both go in similar directions, it isn't a good sign.
Thanks for the correction.
