Sean. Those were phenomenal laps. Seriously fast. I was up at Sears last weekend with NASA. Best I could do was a mid 52. Just too conservative in my old/middle age to max out fast turns like 10. I ran on track/race mode as that is what I'm seeing on posted videos. No traction control, one step from everything off, right? I started out accelerating carefully out of the corners, being mindful of 650hp and really getting on it once the car was straight. As I became more comfortable in the car I began accelerating out of the corners earlier and earlier. Eventually I felt a restriction or slowing, preventing the car from getting too loose. I assumed that as the traction control was off, the eLSD was actively preventing throttle oversteer? Later in the day coming out of turn 7 in 2nd I tried flooring it early to get oversteer and the car really bogged down for a sec, preventing the rear from getting loose. It almost felt like you could go faster by accelerating earlier and rely on the diff to maximize exit speeds...
I noticed on your video you go to full throttle way earlier than I do. Do you notice the diff as well? Still amazed by your times - especially how calm the car appears on video. It would be interesting to see your hands on the wheel - pretty busy I would guess.
