The 19" with the RE71R rubber that I was getting was something like .1 inches taller in diameter overall in the front than OEM 20"'s or maybe about .05 inches higher at the splitter. Not really a big deal. The rears were off by a bit more, but we are talking small differences here... less than an inch overall change in height which translates into an even smaller difference in ride height.
