There is nothing "Bose" in the 6th gen behind the paid advertising sticker found inside the vehicle. The speakers are $5 paper cones out of china and the amp is some misassembled jumble of circuits that produces something barely qualifying to be called sound.
Don't misunderstand me, technology has come a long way in a decade or two and the threshold of "quality sound" compared to the human ear has plummeted to levels any amateur hack with some materials can replicate in his garage. But there is absolutely nothing "Bose" in the vehicle as any nominal person would conceive as being Bose as it relates to their $500-$5,000 speaker technology.
