Exactly, it's more weight savings then performance unless you went with a full 3" cat-back i'd expect those to similar numbers from a cat-back I can't say I honestly noticed a difference in the car by feel with the flowmaster's but I haven't dyno'd the car with them on yet.
Jason did a good write-up in the dragstrip section on easy weight shaving methods aswell. I will say removing the rear seat is easy but unless you have something for sound deadening an aftermarket exhaust makes for an ungodly amount of cabin noise with nothing to insulate the sound where the back seat is.
