They said they did NOT disconnect the A pillar mic, so something is obviously wrong. I have no doubt they'll fix it, just need to find the problem. They did hardware a mirror radar detector for me too, so I am wondering when they ran the line down the A pillar if they knocked out the voice mic there by accident.

Do turn signal clicking and reverse sensors work? If not and the ANC is gone, it is most likely that the Bose X3 Connector is loose. You need to disable the mics to turn the ANC off, either clip the wires or disconnect the mics inside the door panels. But the rest of the X3 wires must be connected in order to keep fulll functionality.
