Another question, should/can you DIY this change and still be covered should you have a failure? Isn't it likely that a grenaded engine would make it a bit harder and possibly inconclusive to determine the oil in the car?
Should it be completed at the dealer with them making a note to some effect in the system showing that you in fact are running a suggested oil from the manual?
