- Up shifts from 2nd to 3rd were occasionally delayed (trans slip), then forced hard into gear.
- At the dealer while trying to fix it they claimed it was locked into 1st gear and wouldn't shift.

Car was at the dealer for 3 weeks and it took a few "fixes" to get that sorted, ended up with a new transmission and valve body at like 500 miles.

- I still think there might be a small issue with down shifting on the new transmission. Occasionally it seems to down shift too soon when coming to a stop, producing more power while trying to stop, resulting in a feel of acceleration instead of deceleration until you correct it by pressing on the brake more..
- Active Fuel Management seems to produce a loud screech when it goes into 4 cylinder mode at low speeds.
- Passenger seat back doesn't recline or move anymore.
- NPP loud rattle.
- Interior electric coil whine at low speeds. Can't figure out where it's coming from.
- Interior squeak that might be linked to the pedal at low speeds but not sure what makes it occur.
- There are a couple of minor paint errors, like a small piece of metal under the paint.
- A couple of times when giving it a lot of gas around 55 the car downshifts like expected, but I think there was a loud lock into gear. It also felt like there was wheel hop or something. Not too concerned yet as I can't reproduce it and I'm not sure if the tires spun and grabbed, or if I went over a pot hole or a crack etc.
- Have yet to determine if the toe links are good or bad.

Super minor:
- No interior trunk light from factory.
- Wrong (too small) cup holder rubber pad for forward cup.
- Dealer didn't tell me they drilled the holes for the front license plate (not needed in my state)

Dealer annoyances:
- Purchasing dealer wouldn't look at car for the transmission problems the day after I bought it. Said it had to have 500 miles on it.
- Servicing dealer for transmission curbed my wheel and tire.
- Dealer replaced wheel and tire.
- Tire turned out to be the wrong tire with a different tread pattern, so had to go in again. They at first didn't believe me.
- New rim has some minor marks on it but I'll leave it as I can live with it.
- On the underside of the rear diffuser there is a curb mark that isn't visible unless you're under the car, and it isn't from me. I can't prove it of course.
Dude I'm super sorry to hear!! I would probably try a new dealer as well. Man I can't imagine how frustrating this must be. I hope everything works out for you!
