Because the people that want a "tracked focused" car just for show, are the ones that complain about squeaks rattles hard ride fast wearing tires, or I put my two overweight kids in the back and 500 lbs of cement in the trunk and tires now rub... etc. They should just buy a 2ss and add some rims.
By keeping the Bose, heated seats / mirrors etc off the list it keeps the whiners away. It is a track focused car.
