I've said this several times before, but it doesn't seem to stick.

It is currently illegal for auto manufacturers to cancel a customers warranty because of modifications they've made to their vehicle. (Magnuson-Moss warranty act)

The most that can be done is that the manufacture can deny your warranty claim. If you disagree, then you could sue for breach of contract, and they would need to prove that the issue in the warranty claim was due to a modification to the vehicle.

And note that its the manufacture that would deny the claim, not the dealer. The dealer loves warranty work, as they get paid for it.
