Well unfortunately most dealers are like this, including mine where I already ordered from. I ordered directly from the sales manager, he was clueless and I have been filling him on everything, he just listens to his GM reps that tell him the wrong info. I highly doubt that will change dramatically, even after the cars have been built and are on their lots. I have bought vehicles from this same dealers on the lot that were out for some time and the sales people were completely clueless, didn't even have specs and facts about the vehicle correct, unfortunately this is the norm and doesn't really phase me, just make sure you have the information you need from awesome places like this forum!
