I don't think I remember reading anywhere about it only being for current subscribers that cancel after it starts. I guess if you are a current subscriber you agree to these draconian TOS. But more details need to be made about this part. I wouldn't trust the person who answers the blue button to know anything we don't.
I don't see how they are not going to be sued behind this. They can update their TOS all they want. I'm not their customer so I don't agree with your terms and their is nothing legally binding me to do so, and they don't have the right to track me without my concent, so we'll see how this plays out.
