Like I touched on before, we have not put any R&D into this project so it would not be quick or easy. We have never "slapped a valve" in anything without sound, function, and long term testing and we pride ourselves on that.
Worth noting, the reason Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is not out yet is it has been taking longer in testing due to the vastly different valve behavior when compared to the valves Chevy uses and even the valve behavior in CT4-V. So cross compatibility between the valve styles is not straightforward even for the same ‘manufacturer’. We offer a lifetime warranty so what we make has to work now and well down the road and we use R&D to make something great and be sure it lasts.
I hear you that this is something you want and encourage you to fill out the
form if you haven't already, but I also want to be clear that we have never skimped on R&D and we won't start now.
Nothing is being brushed aside, hence me in the forums talking with you folks

but two things remain true, we need to show our NPD panel (
via the form) that there is significant interest in a new option for Camaro in order to get approved to move ahead with R&D and we will follow our procedures for R&D as if it were any other project.
