As someone who has done this, I can add that I got hung up on programming Remote #2 and it displayed the same message for a really long time, never saying it was ready for #3 (I only had 2 to program). After about 30 minutes, I figured it must be stuck in a loop, so I exited out, but both FOBs had indeed been programmed.
Just an FYI in case something similar happens to anyone.
