A very easy job, fortunately, just take off the belts and make sure you de-tension it in the right direction (for some reason this thing and the supercharger tensioner go opposite ways).
Thanks, When I was in the states, I bought the other two accessory belts. I was going to replace the belts when I noticed this. So now I'll wait for the tensioner to arrive and replace the tensioner and belt at the same time.
