I agree, 89021297 is the # per the service manual. The Permatex crosses to GM #12345493 which was superseded by 89021297. Some caliper bolts have yellow threadlocker apllied. I wouldn't take the part's applied color as some sort of basis. The supplier is using something that meets GM's spec.
